Ann is an executive coach and founder of Parks Executive Coaching. She began her career as an Institutional Fixed Income salesperson, specializing in high-grade debt for Merrill Lynch. Ann’s passion for developing talent led her to a long career managing the Learning and Development divisions of investment banks such as JPMorgan, Citigroup, and Lehman Brothers. Ann understands the challenges of leading geographically dispersed teams, managing complex technologies/systems and motivating staff to be highly effective.
Ann is active on non-profit boards, strategic planning initiatives for her local school system, and numerous volunteer projects. She holds an MA from New York University and earned her BA from Drew University. She received her certification in Executive Coaching from the Zicklin Business School, Baruch College (an ICF certified program). Ann is certified in the MBTI, Hogan, FIRO-B, Workplace Big Five, and EQi.
